Shipping Policy

Information on Domestic Shipping

At Spielhütte, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. The packaging will not display “Spielhütte” or “spielhutte.de”. If your order contains fragile items, the packaging may be labeled with a “Fragile Glass” sticker.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after the purchase (excluding holidays and weekends) from United State, unless otherwise stated on the website, in your order confirmation, or in case additional verification is needed.

All orders within Germany are free of shipping charges.

Redeeming Voucher Codes

Voucher codes must be entered during the checkout process. We cannot apply a voucher code to an already placed order.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, send us an email within 1 hour after placing your order to kontakt@spielhutte.de and include your order number in the subject line. We will inform you if your order has already been shipped. If not, and your email is received within the 1-hour window, we will cancel your order at no additional cost. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the “Returning Items” section above.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us at kontakt@spielhutte.de within 30 days of receiving your package. Include the receipt date and the nature of the damage or issue. Digital images may be required. All packaging materials must be kept for inspection. We may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect items with the original packaging. In this case, we will send you a return label by email. A replacement will be shipped once we receive the items. If your order breaks or cracks after use, we cannot offer a replacement. Items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. If you would prefer to return the item, please refer to the “Returning Items” section above.

Missing Orders

If you have not received your order, please email us at kontakt@spielhutte.de within 21 days (43 days for international orders) from the shipping date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We do not track orders after shipment. It is your responsibility to track your order.

International Shipping Information

International orders are shipped depending on the option selected during checkout via DHL, Deutsche Post, or UPS.
